Order online at www.thehardwarestore.com.au/store for click and collect.
Location: 42 John St, Leichhardt 2040Store Trading Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 5pm
- Saturday: 7am – 3pm
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Select "Pick Up" as the delivery method at checkout. Parking spots are available at the entry for all customers.
Order Collection Times:
- Orders placed before 12pm can be collected at the end of the day or from 7am the next morning, subject to stock availability.
Direct Deposits:
- Orders paid by direct deposit will be available for collection once the funds transfer is complete, which may take 1-2 days.
Shipping
We aim to deliver in-stock orders within 48 hours during business hours. If an item is not in stock, our special orders department will source it, potentially leading to a longer lead time. You will be informed of the expected delivery/pick-up time once the information is available.
Order Notifications:
- You will be notified via phone call once your order has been picked, packed, and dispatched.
Delivery Details:
- Deliveries are made to curb-side only, unless our driver determines it can be safely delivered elsewhere.
- Clear access on site is required for delivery. We do not deliver above ground level.
- Our internal fleet of Hiab/Crane trucks services the Sydney Metro area.
Delivery Charges:
- Sydney Metro deliveries from $35, mainly for Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Lower North Shore.
- Other areas will be quoted.
